The Owners
Bistro Nautile is owned and operated by three notable Fort Collins restaurateurs.
Chef-Owner Ryan Damasky has worked in all aspects of the food industry, from farming to packaging, transport to production, and in every environment from casual to fine dining, cruise ships to hotels and everything in between. He is a culinary school graduate, a sommelier, a certified cheese professional, and most recently the Executive Sous Chef of the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park.
Mike Reeves is a Fort Collins native and has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He is an accomplished chef and fishmonger (though he is glad he doesn't do it as much anymore these days) and Bistro Nautile is the third restaurant he has conceived and created from the ground up. He is super community-minded and sees being a restaurateur as a chance to do good on a bigger scale.
Kat Reeves is La Jefa of Bistro Nautile. She has over twenty years of restaurant experience, and over twenty-five years of experience taking care of people's needs, as she is also a teacher. She is often the first person guests see when they walk in the door, and it's her job to make sure people leave satiated and satisfied with every aspect of their experience. She is responsible for the wine and liquor program, floor staff, special events, marketing, and decidedly boring things like payroll and bills.
