Julia Child has long been recognized for bringing French cuisine to the American public. Her fabulous cookbooks, cooking shows, and personality left an indelible impact on those of us lucky enough to experience her.
Chef Ryan felt the influence of Chef Julia strongly in his youth, and in tribute to her, he will be sharing two recipes from one of her cookbooks with you each Thursday from 4pm - close. Each week will feature a different appetizer and entrée selection, with the option of ordering both as a tasting menu, or either selection à la carte. We hope you will join us to honor and enjoy the late, great icon and the wonderful recipes she shared.
