Bistro Nautile is a French-Influenced bistro owned and operated locally by three Fort Collins restaurateurs who care about food and the people that eat it. Our focus is on truly farm-fresh and sustainably sourced ingredients, meticulously prepared and presented in a comfortable atmosphere by servers who are equal parts professional and entertaining. Bistro Nautile is now open on Mondays! Join us each Monday from 4-8pm for fun times with Kat & Ryan each week. Reservations are live on open table or can be made by calling the Bistro. For the most adventurous eaters, or those who really enjoy taking their time, we now also offer a five course Tasting Menu with optional wine pairings! Check it out, and if you’re interested, call the restaurant at least 24 hours in advance, as this is the only way to make reservations for this most awesome of food adventures.
